Train Sim World CSX Heavy Haul (PC)

During this project, I worked within the 3D environment art team, as a world builder.

I was assigned a section of the route to research and replicate inside of Unreal Engine 4. My section had to represent what was in the real world accurately while incorporating key gameplay elements such as hiding collectables and setting up player boundaries for the main character.

While populating the world with assets and foliage I had to take the placement, performance and optimisation into consideration so the scene was still able to run efficiently once the trains had been added.

Note: Models and textures were created by other members of the team.
